Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition manager to join our team based at our new offices in Dubai. 

We are a fast-growing gaming venture with a presence across the globe. Our aim is to develop a world-class gaming ecosystem across all our geographies. To achieve this goal, we have built end-to-end in-house capabilities across all verticals.

Opportunity:

The right candidate will be expected to deploy a variety of techniques to maximise our retention drive and help us to build turnover and profitability based on the customer base they help to deliver.

After launching in 2020, we are now looking for aggressive scaling strategies to maximise our customer reach and product offerings. As part of this plan for growth, we are looking to recruit an individual with experience of retaining customers within the Indian gaming space in particular. This role will be key to our aims of building on the progress we have seen so far and enabling us to escalate our growth at the sort of speed we expect to achieve.

We are a management and marketing services consultancy firm. Our clients are small scale operators licensed in different jurisdictions to offer real money gambling products, mainly focused on sports gaming.

We do not operate for customers in Dubai and offer outsourcing facilities to Clients that operate in other countries.

Job Description:

  • Lead the Acquisition team to optimise our campaigns and deliver us the most players possible at the most efficient cost to the business
  • Work with the retention and conversion teams to ensure we deploy joined up logic across teams to help maximise our chances of gaining the most value possible from all player registrations
  • Act as a mentor and example to junior acquisition staff and set the right standards to help us develop a successful and dynamic team
  • Work closely with software analysts and developers to work on projects to deliver software that assists and boosts our acquisition drive and retains the customer at the forefront of our planning
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and related teams to ensure a logical approach is taken at all times and all decision makers are aware of new plans and ideas

The ideal Candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • You will need at least 5 years of experience working in acquisition within the Indian gaming space
  • Experience of managing and leading an acquisition team is highly preferable
  • Ability to analyse information and adopt a logical approach at all times is a must
  • You must be an effective communicator both within the acquisition team and also to stakeholders as well
  • You must have excellent written and verbal English skills
  • You must be a problem solver who is able to work on their own initiative without having to be fed orders and instructions at all times. We are looking for a leader and a thinker
