Tele Sales Agent

We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Agent to join our team based at our new offices in Dubai. 

Opportunity:

After launching in 2020, we are now looking for aggressive scaling strategies to maximise our customer reach and product offerings. As part of this plan for growth.

The tele sales team will be responsible for meeting sales target given to them via cold calling as well as using sales tools given to them like Telegram, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and other such social tools as part of the Sales Tool Kit.

We are a management and marketing services consultancy firm. Our clients are small scale operators licensed in different jurisdictions to offer real money gambling products, mainly focused on sports gaming.

We do not operate for customers in Dubai and offer outsourcing facilities to Clients that operate in other countries.

Job Description:

  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.
  • Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
  • Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with targets.
  • Ensure extreme accuracy and full compliance to the process of pre-qualification.
  • Ensure seamless service is provided to potential prospects through all involved parties by following up and obtaining feedback.

The ideal Candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (including cold calling) Should be familiar with basic computer skills, good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems preferably. 
  • Must be able to communicate strongly, both oral and written English and Hindi. 
  • Ability to think on your feet; closing skills; negotiation and persuasion; ability to build new relationships; ability to work under pressure; prospect filtering; unique selling proposition (USP) and tactful follow-up skills. 
  • Behavioural Competencies: Well planned and organised, emotionally intelligent, consistent, cultural and interpersonal sensitivity, initiative, task driven and target orientated.
