Retention Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retention Assistant Manager to join our team based at our new offices in Dubai. 

We are a fast-growing gaming venture with a presence across the globe. Our aim is to develop a world-class gaming ecosystem across all our geographies. To achieve this goal, we have built end-to-end in-house capabilities across all verticals.

Opportunity:

After launching in 2020, we are now looking for aggressive scaling strategies to maximise our customer reach and product offerings. As part of this plan for growth, we are looking to recruit an individual with experience of retaining customers within the Indian gaming space in particular. This role will be key to our aims of building on the progress we have seen so far and enabling us to escalate our growth at the sort of speed we expect to achieve.

The right candidate will be expected to deploy a variety of techniques to maximise our retention drive and help us to build turnover and profitability based on the customer base they help to deliver.

We are a management and marketing services consultancy firm. Our clients are small scale operators licensed in different jurisdictions to offer real money gambling products, mainly focused on sports gaming.

We do not operate for customers in Dubai and offer outsourcing facilities to Clients that operate in other countries.

Job Description:

  • Work in partnership with the existing Retention Manager to devise strategies and campaigns to help us maximise our retention numbers
  • Work in close proximity to the acquisition and conversion teams to ensure we employ joined up logic across all teams focussing on customer optimisation.
  • Provide relevant experience and ideas from the Indian gaming space to provide our UK based Manager with a local selection of campaigns and strategies
  • Work closely with software analysts and developers to help deliver any internal software upgrades that will be required to help boost our retention results
  • Communicate effectively with related teams as well as stakeholders to ensure there is seamless flow of information between all relevant parties

The ideal Candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • At least 2 years experience working within a retention based role for an Indian gaming operator.
  • Experience of managing and leading a retention team is highly preferable or to have at least had a senior position with such a team is expected.
  • Ability to analyse information and adopt a logical approach at all times is a must
  • You must be an effective communicator both within the retention team and also to stakeholders as well.
  • You must have excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • You must be a problem solver who is able to work on their own initiative without having to be fed orders and instructions at all times. We are looking for a leader and a thinker.
